1. Overview
JJinLabs provides browser-based utilities and information about those services. The amount of personal information required depends on the specific service. The main portal is designed to be readable without creating an account or submitting personal profile information.
This policy distinguishes between data used to deliver a web page over the internet and files that a browser-based utility may process locally. Those are not the same thing.
2. Site request and technical data
When you load jjinlabs.com or a JJinLabs subdomain, normal web requests are sent through internet and hosting infrastructure. Technical information associated with those requests can include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, HTTP headers, and security or diagnostic data.
JJinLabs uses Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver the portal. Cloudflare may process network and request information as part of content delivery, abuse prevention, security, reliability, and related infrastructure functions under its own terms and privacy practices.
3. Files and browser-side processing
The current Image Batch Resizer is designed to resize selected JPEG, PNG, and WebP images in the user's browser. Its public service description states that files stay on the user's device and are not uploaded for the resizing operation.
Browser-side processing can still use temporary browser memory while a file is open or being transformed. Closing or refreshing a page can clear that working state depending on the browser. Users should keep their original files until output has been verified.
If a future JJinLabs service requires server-side uploads, its service page and this policy should be updated to describe that behavior before the feature is relied upon.
5. Advertising and Google AdSense
JJinLabs may use Google AdSense or another advertising provider in the future. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads as permitted by law and by the user's consent choices.
Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services at Google's partner sites policy. Users can review advertising controls at Google My Ad Center.
No AdSense publisher identifier is stated in this policy because it should only be published after a valid publisher account and identifier are configured for the site.
6. Links and third-party services
JJinLabs pages can link to other websites or services. A link does not transfer this privacy policy to the destination. External sites can collect information under their own policies, so users should review the destination's terms when privacy or account data matters.
The Image Batch Resizer is a JJinLabs subdomain. Infrastructure providers used to deliver JJinLabs services can process request-level information necessary for operation and security.
7. Retention, security, and user choices
JJinLabs aims to avoid collecting information that is unnecessary for a tool's main function. Infrastructure-level logs and security events can have retention periods determined by operational needs and provider settings. No public website can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid submitting sensitive material to a feature unless the feature explicitly requires and protects it.
You can use browser controls to clear site data, disable cookies, manage permissions, and limit third-party tracking. For locally processed image files, you remain responsible for the source files and any copies you save to your device.
8. Policy changes
This policy can be updated when JJinLabs adds services, changes data handling, enables advertising, or changes infrastructure. Material changes should be reflected on this page with a new last-updated date.
